The REDARC Tow Pro Elite V3 is by far our most popular, and most recommended, electric brake controller. It features both proportional and user-controlled trailer braking options.

All of the settings are applied via the simple LED lit control dial that is mounted within the driver’s reach on the dash, switch panel or center console.

The proportional mode applies the caravan’s brakes to the same degree as the vehicles own brakes. This ensures automatic, smooth, consistent braking. Perfect for use on the road.

The user controlled mode is ideally suited for off road use where the trailer brakes are applied to the degree set on the control dial. This prevents the trailer pushing the tow vehicle down a slippery decline or on soft sand.

It also features an emergency override that can help to bring the trailer back into alignment at the push of a button, should it start to sway, wobble or jackknife. An example of this would be from being buffeted with wind when passing an oncoming large semi-trailer on a narrow highway.
